Artwork Specifications
Supplying your own artwork? Please make sure your final label file meets the following requirements:
Finished label size: 2.125" W × 1.75" H
Colour mode: CMYK
Preferred file formats: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Vector PDF or EPS
Bleed: 0.125" on all sides
Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines before submitting your final artwork.
Please note: The label wraps slightly around the lip balm tube. Keep logos, important text and key design elements away from the overlap area.

How it Works
1. Tell Us What You Need
Let us know your quantity, how you plan to use your custom lip balm and whether you'll be supplying your own artwork or using our design service.
2. Finalize Your Label
Send us your print-ready artwork, or work with us to create your custom label. If you're using our design service, the $250 non-refundable design fee is due before design work begins.
All artwork must be finalized and approved before your order moves into production.
3. Confirm Your Order
Once your label is approved, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and move it into production.
4. We Make Your Lip Balm
Once your final artwork is approved and your deposit has been received, production begins. Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
The remaining balance is due before your completed order is shipped or released for pickup.
